Job Description

About the Role:

Were looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to join our Sales Department for the role of Corporate Sales. This role plays a key part in driving institutional partnerships, enhancing patient acquisition from the corporate segment, and contributing to long-term business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and engage with potential referral sources including general practitioners, specialists, and clinics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, TPAs, insurance companies, and wellness partners.
  • Drive patient acquisition initiatives through targeted sales visits, health talks, medical camps, and outreach programs.
  • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives in coordination with the marketing team to increase hospital visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze local competition and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Plan and execute business development activities aligned with hospital specialties and seasonal demand.
  • Maintain CRM data, prepare visit reports, and track performance metrics.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence and effective problem resolution.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, revenue projections, and support budgeting processes.

What Were Looking For:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate sales, institutional business development, or healthcare marketing.
  • Prior experience in the hospital, insurance, or healthcare service sector is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and cross-functional coordination across Bangalore focussing on Hebbal, Yeshwanthpur, Shivajinagar, RT Nagar.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently.
