SAP IS-U Customer Engagement Consultant 6+ Years

Location: India (Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, etc.)
Experience: 6+ years in SAP IS-U domain
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

As a Customer Engagement Consultant in the SAP IS-U space, you will work with utility clients to implement and optimize customer-facing processes using SAP solutions. You will be involved in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design SAP IS-U Customer Service (CS) and CRM processes.
• Configure and support Customer Interaction Center (CIC), move-in/move-out, billing inquiries, and service orders.
• Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in S/4HANA migration and digital transformation projects.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP IS-U CS/CRM.
• Strong understanding of utility business processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
