Job Description
- As a UI Visualizer, you will play a pivotal role as the connection between understanding the customer's needs and enhancing the aesthetics of applications. Your primary focus will involve interpreting user requirements and project objectives to create intuitive designs and interfaces. Utilizing rapid prototyping and AI tools, you will aim to streamline the iteration process. Your final deliverables should clearly showcase the application structure, wireframes, user flows, and interface patterns, all while emphasizing simplicity, agility, and user satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding and Visualizing: Collecting user research and stakeholder insights to develop user personas, journey maps, application flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. - Effective Collaboration: Collaborating with Strategy, Product, and Dev teams to align UI visuals with product goals, brand identity, and industry trends. - Designing and Iterating Efficiently: Leveraging AI-enabled design platforms and plugins to accelerate the creation of high-fidelity mockups while nurturing human creativity. - Building Interactive Prototypes: Crafting working UI demos using emulator and no-code tools, alongside AI-powered UI design platforms, to validate flows and receive feedback. - Maintaining Visual Consistency: Establishing and evolving design systems, style guides, UI libraries, and reusable components to ensure a unified branding and UX experience. - Feedback and Testing: Planning and executing usability tests or design studio sessions, iterating on visuals based on feedback. - Trend Intelligence: Keeping abreast of UI/UX trends, emulator platforms, no-code/low-code tools, and AI-powered design workflows. Required Experience and Skills: - 2+ years of experience in UI/UX, visual design, interaction design, or related roles. - Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes on desktop and mobile platforms. - Proficiency in various tools such as no-code/emulator platforms, hosting & deployment services, graphic/UI design software, and front-end technologies. - High proficiency with AI-powered design tools to enhance creative quality. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and visual storytelling abilities. - Comfortable working in agile/scrum environments and managing multiple projects concurrently.
