Job Description
About the Process:
Join our Check Imaging operations team supporting a leading US-based banking client. The process involves reviewing, validating, and processing check images and financial documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and service level adherence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Process Executive (Fresher):
- Review and process digital check images
- Perform data validation and exception handling
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Ensure adherence to US banking compliance standards
- Communicate discrepancies or process deviations timely
Eligibility:
- Graduates (any stream)
- Strong attention to detail and good typing speed (2530 WPM)
- Basic MS Office skills
- Willingness to work in US shifts
- Good comprehension and communication in English
Sr. Analyst
- Handle complex cases and exceptions
- Provide on-the-floor support and mentoring to new joiners
- Ensure team adherence to SLA and process guidelines
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations
- Collaborate with Training and Quality teams to improve process maturity
