Job Description
As a Technical Lead - Manual Testing - Functional at Incedo, you will be responsible for testing software applications for their functional requirements. You will create and execute test plans and scripts, identify and report issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute manual functional testing solutions to ensure quality and accuracy of software products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design test cases that meet business needs.
Document and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans and test cases.
Skills Requirements:
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test case creation, and test execution.
Proficiency in manual testing tools and techniques.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Ability to write clear and concise defect reports and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.
Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Qualifications
7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
