HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO:
KeyAccount-abilities:
Candidates should have 4 + years of experience in Customer support role with excellent proficiency in French and English Language.
Description:
- Convert written material from French to English and vice versa
- Ability to calmly and methodically handle high volumes of work
- Liaising with clients to discuss any unclear points
- Proficient computer literacy skills and good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic coordination and conflict resolution skills
- Basic understanding of the IT functions such as Data Center, Servers, Networking is preferred (not a must)
