Job Description For QA-Software Tester
Total Exp: 3 to 6 years
N. P: 1 Month
.
Responsibilities and Duties
Hands of Experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
Strong experience in writing test scenarios and test cases.
End to End Product Testing.
Create logs to document testing phases and defects with maintenance
of Test Data for Analysis.
Experience with multiple testing & development methodologies
including: Code Driven Testing (CDT), Data Driven Testing, Keyword
Driven Testing (KDT), Modular Driven Testing (MDT), Test Driven
Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
Natural interest and desire to drive innovation through automation.
Ensures bugs are communicated clearly to development team and
business partners as well as tracking the bugs to completion.
Writes weekly status reports to provide project manager and
leadership with updates on overall test status.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Has 2 years (as QA), managing SFDC projects/ delivery, people and processes
using Agile and Incremental/ SDLC methodology
Should have a technical background and working knowledge on technologies like
Android OR Microsoft Technologies like Dotnet, MVC etc.
Excellent planning skills using common applications (i.e. Trello, Jira, Slack)
Experience working for USA Clients.
Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Should be able to think like the customer and provide solutions.
Should be able to understand and participate technical discussion.
GOOD TO HAVE QA Tester certification
