Job Title: Python Microservices Developer with AI Integration

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with experience in building microservices-based architectures and integrating AI/ML models into enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, DevOps, and backend teams to create intelligent, scalable, and production-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy robust Python microservices for high-performance applications
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate trained models into microservices for real-time inference
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs to expose microservices and AI features
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of microservices in production
- Optimize data pipelines and backend processes for scalability
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies
- Monitor and troubleshoot microservices in production environments
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience with Python and microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework
- Experience deploying or integrating AI/ML models (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, Hugging Face)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficient in using databases (SQL & NoSQL PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to AI/ML model deployment, model versioning, and inference best practices
- Experience using MLflow, Airflow, or similar workflow tools
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
- Strong understanding of software design principles and performance optimization
