Job Description
Instructional Designer & Storyline Developer (Hindi Language Proficiency Required)
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Location: Chennai (WFO)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Instructional Designer & eLearning Developer with 3 to 4 years of experience in designing learning content and developing eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking) and have a good understanding of instructional design principles, learner engagement techniques, and eLearning best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze learning requirements and define effective learning objectives.
- Design engaging instructional strategies using adult learning principles.
- Develop interactive and visually appealing eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
- Prepare detailed storyboards, scripts, and visual design outlines.
- Collaborate closely with SMEs, visual designers, QA team, and project managers.
- Create content that is linguistically accurate and culturally relevant for Hindi-speaking learners.
- Review and revise content based on internal and client feedback.
- Ensure output meets accessibility and usability standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and other rapid authoring tools.
- Strong grasp of instructional models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (reading, writing, speaking) and English.
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and meet project deadlines.
