Job Description

- Strong knowledge of Ubuntu installation, software installation and troubleshooting.- Experience with Windows 10, 11 installation, configuration, and user profile management.- Familiarity with Sophos Firewall and network security configurations.- Good understanding of LAN, WAN, IP address, and network configuration.- Good Abilities to providing the remote support to the end users- Track and manage IT inventory - Good abilities to resolve the problem to communicate with users - Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
