Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing application solutions, and contributing to key decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Design and develop applications based on business requirements- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements- Create technical specifications and design documents- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards- Perform unit testing and debugging of applications- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives- Train and mentor junior team members

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management- Experience with IT service management processes and best practices- Strong understanding of application design principles and patterns- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with external systems- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Agile development methodologies- Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices- Experience with ServiceNow development and customization- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years full time education is requiredQualification15 years full time education
