Job Description
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IS-U CS, DM, Billing, and FICA modules
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and propose optimized SAP solutions
- Manage integration between IS-U components and external systems (e.g., CRM, AMI/MDM)
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution, enhancements, and testing
- Support data migration, cutover planning, UAT, and go-live activities
- Prepare functional specifications for developments and coordinate with ABAP teams
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with industry best practices
- 9+ years of experience in SAP IS-U implementations and support projects
- Strong hands-on experience in Customer Service (CS) and Device Management (DM)
- In-depth knowledge of Billing & Invoicing and FICA (Contract Accounting)
- Good understanding of IDE (Intercompany Data Exchange) and meter-to-cash processes
- Experience working with S/4HANA or knowledge of system conversion projects (preferred)
- Excellent client interaction, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to SAP CRM for Utilities, Smart Metering, or AMI/MDM integration
- Experience in Agile delivery environments
- SAP IS-U certification
