Business Development Executive - Agency Channel

Job Location:

Openings across all locations in Delhi & NCR

 

Job Role:

Agent Recruitment: Identify and onboard new insurance agents/advisors from local markets.

Training & Development: Provide product training, business support, and motivation to agents to improve their performance.

Sales Target Achievement: Drive agents to generate business and meet monthly sales targets.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with agents and ensure retention and activation.

Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to monitor agent performance and provide on-ground support.

Reporting: Track sales performance and submit timely reports to the Branch Manager.
