Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and high performance.
- Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels.
- Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve escalated issues quickly and efficiently, while maintaining positive team and stakeholder relationships.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate timelines, resources, meetings, and deliverables across multiple teams, contractors, and third-party vendors.
- Problem Solving & Planning:
- Predict potential problems in advance and take preventive measures
- Brainstorm and implement solutions as challenges arise
- Develop and maintain backup plans and contingency strategies
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the process and create effective mitigation plans to reduce impact on program delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Program Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve complex issues
- Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
