Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve moderately complex issues in Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
- Perform mailbox migrations, shared mailbox configuration, and advanced email flow troubleshooting.
- Manage O365 licenses, groups, roles, and user policies.
- Configure and troubleshoot MFA, conditional access policies, and compliance settings.
- Support PowerShell-based scripting for automation or bulk tasks (e.g., user provisioning, reporting).
- Coordinate with Microsoft support or for partner / vendor for critical issue resolution.
Required Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- Apprx 1.6 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365/O365 in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Office 365 Admin Center and related services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive etc).
- Good understanding of Azure AD concepts.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Service desk).
- Working knowledge of PowerShell for M365 tasks is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
