Background of this role

Handling the overall Site Operations - API's

He will be responsible for handling multiple Site Operations, Multiple Blocks, EHS / Engineering / Liasoning work & Administration role at multiple site Level.

Education : Mandatory

• Education: M.E / B.E Chemical Engineering from reputed institutions

Experience 20-25 years in independently handling API well known Site and possess excellent Leadership skills.

Job location : Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Job Responsibility

Sr. VP Manufacturing is responsible for cross-functional, strategic leadership for the operation of key business functions, including but not limited to: -

Leading and managing a team comprising the heads of departments of the plants

Design Short / Medium / Long term strategies for Continual Improvement of Plant performance and to make sure that the strategies are executed as per plan.

Will be responsible for assisting the plant operations in a profitable way - Profit / Loss Account of the Plant - RM Cost / Over Heads / Inventory / OPEX

Annual Budget - Sales, Revenue, Capex & Manpower (Preparation and Adherence)

Provide clear directions for Production, Engineering, Warehouse, EHS, Supply Chain, HR, Costing etc

Establishing goals for performance and growth and profit of the plant with regulatory compliance.

Entrepreneurial in nature and want to take on the challenge of taking up extensive process improvement initiatives, unit operations, safety, maintenance, and plant operations.
