We're looking for a skilled and motivated Embedded Development Engineer who thrives at the intersection of firmware, tools, and systems. You'll work on cutting-edge embedded and IoT solutions based on ESP32 (ESP-IDF) and PIC microcontrollers, while leveraging Python and Linux to build robust, testable, and scalable embedded products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, debug, and optimize firmware for ESP32 (using ESP-IDF) and PIC microcontrollers (using MPLAB X).
2. Configure and integrate communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, MQTT).
3. Use Linux-based environments for development, scripting, and testing.
4. Write Python 3 scripts for automation, validation, and device interaction.
5. Design reliable embedded architectures using FreeRTOS and interrupt-driven systems.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, backend, cloud) to deliver complete solutions.
7. Use debugging tools like OpenOCD, GDB, JTAG, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Strong in C/C++ for embedded development.
2. 4+ years of experience in ESP32 firmware development using ESP-IDF.
3. Solid experience with PIC microcontrollers (PIC18/PIC24/dsPIC).
4. Proficient in Linux command-line, shell scripting, and system tools.
5. Confident in Python 3 for automation, testing, or device provisioning.
6. Familiar with embedded debugging techniques (hardware + software).
7. Experience using Git for version control.
