Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring an Onsite L1 Engineer to provide hardware and software support for end-user devices, troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, and assist with Office 365 applications and basic network issues.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, OS (Windows/Mac).
• Manage service tickets via Service Desk tool.
• Support L1-level network issues with the central network team.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software for end-users.
• Provide onsite and on-call support as needed.

Requirements:

• Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Computer Hardware/IT.
• 2-3 years of L1 support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Office 365, and ticketing tools.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
