Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide IT support across desktops, laptops, POS systems, and networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in the retail or QSR industry and be comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and OS (Windows/macOS).
• Troubleshoot POS machines and peripheral devices in retail/QSR outlets.
• Perform basic network support (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, cabling).
• Handle IT support tickets and provide on-site or remote assistance.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking basics.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems in retail/QSR environments.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
