Cvil Engineer with leading Pharma Company @ @ Harman Finochem

Hi, We are a leading Pharmaceutical Company into manufacturing of API's and OSD for Regulated markets. We are currently hiring for our API Civil Engineer located in Shendra, Aurangabad. Education : BE (Civil) Experience:6-10 yrs. experience in handling civil works for Sites. Job location : Aurangabad.

He should have ability to read and interpret drawings such as Plot plan, Civil and structural drawings.

Responsible for Managing, Supervising and timely completion of Site Execution activities forCivilConstructions, Structural Work for Roads & drainages, etc

Sound understanding of the design of Foundation, R.C.C. Slab, C.C. Road and any other structures as part of the project.

Ensure that all construction projects follow building and safety regulations.

Review work progress on a daily basis. Daily meeting with Contractors at shop floor, Planning and obtaining a Bar chart / Timelines for the completion of Project in defined scheduled

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

Responsible for evaluating the BOQ of additional material needs for the completion of project activities and forwarding to procurement team.

Checking allcivilcontractors running and final bills.

Responsible for all Material Reconciliations

He should have strong analytical, problem-solving andeffective communication skills.
