Job Description
Location: Pune (EST Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and security settings
- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process builders
- Build and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, REST/SOAP web services
- Monitor platform performance, ensure data integrity and conduct regular audits
- Handle sandbox refreshes, deployments, and version control
- Provide end-user training and support for Salesforce functionality
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning platform
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and best practices
- Experience with Change Sets, ANT, or Salesforce DX for deployments
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II)
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and Agile methodology
