Role/Position:Senior SFDC Developer
Experience: 5+ Years
Work Location: Mumbai/Kolkata/Jaipur/Ahmedabad
Job Type:Permanent

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:

• The resource should have in-depth knowledge of SFDC Configuration
• Good knowledge of Best Practices and SFDC Coding Standards
• Working Knowledge on Lightning
• Knowledge of deployment activities
• Should have experience in designing Lightning web component(LWC), Visualforce pages, Apex, Batch classes, Schedulable classes, Queueable classes, future method, Apex sharing, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and Email generation according to application requirements
• Good experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems (SAP, Legacy Systems, etc.)
• Should have knowledge of SFDC APIs (REST and SOAP)
• Candidate should have skills to Collaborate with various internal departments, including IT, Marketing, business users, Product development and Operations, to ensure the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
• Capable of applying judgment to plan and execute tasks independently
• Working with an agile team to design, develop, unit test and maintain CRM based applications
• Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems
• Adhering to high - quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
• Participating in peer - reviews of solution designs and related code
• Assisting in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories and estimates.
• Should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members
• Adhere to the organizational wide QMS procedures and practices
• Lead and contribute to all technical aspects of projects
• Assist in resource allocation and planning through project planning, staff hiring, staff supplementation and/or outsourcing initiatives
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems
• Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce.com application and integrations
