• Education:
• Bachelor's degree inEngineering or Science, and an MBA or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience:
• 5+ yearsof experience managingengineering teamswith 10+ members.
• Proven experience inpeople management, including hiring, staffing, performance evaluations, and managing team expectations.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving successful,complex programs.
• Experience working in business organizations, managingcross-functional stakeholders, and negotiating solutions.
