We're Hiring: Miles Development Engineer
Experience Required: 3-9 years

Are you experienced in Miles Configuration & Development? We're looking for skilled professionals to join our dynamic team and drive innovative solutions in Contract Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work hands-on with Miles Configuration Development
  
• Understand and analyze business requirements to configure the product accordingly
  
• Create efficient and scalable design solutions
  
• Develop test cases aligned with project design for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  
• Train clients on effective product usage
  
• Design comprehensive product manuals and user documentation
  
• Monitor and report on application behavior
  
• Verify and execute batch plans and manage bulk operations
  
• Maintain and manage lookup tables
  
• Handle and resolve major incidents related to the Contract Management System
