Job Description

  • Coordinated effectively with airlines and customers over the phone.

  • Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

  • Work towards revenue generation through effective ticketing processes and upselling opportunities.



  • Requirements

    • Possess in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, specifically Galileo and sabre.

    • Demonstrate proficiency in managing both international and domestic ticketing operations.

    • Strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs.

    • Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal formats.

    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
