Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Manager to lead our direct sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs), achieving daily targets for visits, demos, and conversions, and ensuring effective use of CRM tools for lead tracking. This role demands strong team management capabilities, on-field leadership, and the ability to drive performance through regular training and feedback. The position is based in Chennai and covers the Chennai and the Rest of Tamil Nadu region, requiring a hands-on approach and familiarity with local markets.
