Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities - Able to hire/empanel the vendor/agency for the collection process at their respective location. Have to manage the vendor/agency for collections. Have to manage FOS for collection of used car product. Good knowledge on processes involved towards repossession of used car product Able to maintain the reports/tracker related to the allocation & collection records. Need to interact with the customer for collection of amount.

Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum) - Candidate must have minimum 12 to 18 months of experienceQualification / Specialization - Graduation / others Expertise / Skills - Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Excellent communication skills. Negotiation Skills Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. Excellent relationship skills. Affirmative in nature, Clarity of thought and perseverance. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self - starter. Working knowledge of computers.
