Job Description:

We are seeking experienced SAP CRM/TPM Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) within the SAP CRM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation and support of SAP CRM TPM solutions.
• Configure and customize TPM, Funds Management, Pricing, Claims, and Settlement modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Integrate SAP CRM TPM with SAP ECC/S4HANA for master data replication and order-to-cash (OTC) processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Middleware, data replication, and system performance.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training and support to business users and ensure smooth adoption of TPM functionalities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including BI/BW for reporting and analytics.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM TPM
• Deep understanding of Funds Management, Pricing, Claims, and Deduction Settlement.
• Experience with SAP Middleware for data replication and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA integration, especially in OTC and rebate processes.
• Familiarity with BI-IP/BW for trade promotion analytics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in CRM or TPM modules.
• Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or Retail industry domains.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
