Job Description

Experience - 2 to 9 years

1. Installation, upgrade and maintenance of VTAM, TCPIP, OSA and related products
2. Sound knowledge in SMPE
3. Interface with operations, logs and automation jobs.
4. Good knowledge of related software and tools.
5. Good experience with software maintenance.
6. Experience in backup and recovery processes for subsystems.
7. Knowledge in resource definition, security and other administration tasks.
8. Strong Networking knowledge, skills in Printers configuration, FTP, SMTP, SNMP configurations.

Required Candidate profile

Excellent Communication skills
Strong troubleshooting
Vendor coordination & ticket coordination
Business knowledge, Application team coordination

Experience in supporting PROD environments.
