Job Description

Technical Skillset

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, welding, assembly, etc.).
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA) and MS Office.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM concepts.
Knowledge of GD&T, tooling, fixtures, and CNC machining processes.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
