Job Description

Design and create training manuals, learning modules, and course materials Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials Select appropriate training methods or activities and prepare accordingly the training modulesand development. Conduct program based training needs assessment and identify the gaps that need to beaddressed Ensure utilisation of the CareMother solution in the assigned project areas to the fullest. Ensure reaching the targets as per the project plan and milestone.
