Job Description

Role & responsibilities -

  1. Voice Calling (Inbound/Outbound), Analyzing, and processing patients' demographic and management information, including medication and treatment order processing from admission through discharge.
  2. Production process
  3. Delivering the required quality & TAT
  4. Quality check on final files
  5. Updating the production reports

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Any degree
  2. Night Shift (Rotational Shift)
  3. Able to work under pressure and deliver expected daily productivity targets.
  4. Ability to work with speed and accuracy
  5. At least 1 year of international voice process experience.
