Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior FileNet P8 and Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 platform, Java/J2EE development, and a strong understanding of enterprise content management (ECM) systems. You will be involved in the development, customization, and maintenance of document management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain applications using IBM FileNet P8 platform (Content Engine, Process Engine, Case Manager, etc.).
- Build and maintain Java-based backend services integrated with FileNet.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop robust ECM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and QA engineers.
- Perform unit and integration testing; troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production environments.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to system architecture and code.
- Support FileNet deployments, configurations, and upgrades.
