Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
- Provide detailed information on various products such as gold, diamonds, gemstones, silver, and platinum jewellery.
- Maintain strong knowledge of current collections, new arrivals, pricing, offers, and hallmarking standards
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Ensure jewellery displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked.
- Handle customer concerns or objections professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a polite and positive attitude.
