Java Architecture

Experience Range: 10 -15 years

Location of Requirement: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune & Kolkata

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must-Have:

• Core Java & Advanced Java(J2EE, Multi-threading, Collections, Concurrency)
• Microservices Architecture(Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, gRPC)
• Cloud Technologies(AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• DevOps & CI/CD(Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git)
• Database Management(PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Messaging Queues & Streaming(Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Security & Authentication(OAuth, JWT, SAML)
• Testing & Debugging(JUnit, Postman, SonarQube)

Good-to-have:

• Big Data Technologies(Hadoop, Spark, ELK Stack)
• Experience in Network Function Virtualization (NFV) & Software-Defined Networking (SDN)
• Knowledge of Billing & CRM Systems (e.g., Amdocs, Ericsson, Netcracker)

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture & Design:

• Define and design scalable, high-performance telecom solutions.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Create architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and system design documents.

2. Development & Implementation:

• Lead and guide the development team in building telecom applications using Java technologies.
• Ensure adherence tomicroservices architecture, cloud deployment strategies, and DevOps practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

3. Technical Leadership:

• Mentor and coach development teams on best practices in Java, architecture patterns, and clean coding principles.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.

4. Integration & API Management:

• Design and manage APIs for seamless integration with third-party telecom services.
• Ensure smooth data flow and interoperability between multiple telecom systems.

5. Security & Compliance:

• Implement security best practices for telecom applications, includingdata encryption, authentication, and compliance with industry standards.
• Address vulnerabilities and perform security audits.

6. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:

• Monitor application performance and optimize code for high availability and low latency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
