Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Analyst with proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector to support data-driven decision-making, optimize business processes, and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of upstream, midstream, or downstream operations, and be capable of translating complex business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  
• Evaluate and improve operational efficiency within the oil and gas value chain.
  
• Conduct market, financial, and operational analysis to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
  
• Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and performance reports for ongoing and future projects.
  
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
  
• Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to develop dashboards and reports.
  
• Support digital transformation and process automation efforts within the organization.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements affecting the oil & gas sector.
  
• Participate in project management, risk assessments, and change management processes.
