Job Title -Investigation - Fraud
Location -Delhi/NCR (Okhla)
A. Position Purpose
The incumbent will be primarily accountable for handling and managing all type of investigations related to employees, customers & third parties as per Fraud Risk Management policy of the bank and relevant guidelines of RBI and other regulators.
B. Position Responsibilities
Sr.Key Responsibilities
1 Knowledge of latest techniques and practices of investigations.
2 Understanding of policies/guidelines/regulations related to fraud investigations.
3 Knowledge of Law of Land of India.
4 Having an experience of team handling of 10 to 15 employees.
5 Responsible for investigations and thereafter preparation of comprehensive investigation reports and publish to stakeholders.
6 Review & vetting of investigation reports submitted by team members.
7 Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders.
8 Liaising with Law Enforcement Agencies and other organisations for investigations.
9 Responsible for developing and implementing policies, standards and practices that are necessary to ensure timely and efficient investigation on cases related to fraud, staff misconduct, wrongdoing, bribery & Corruption.
10 Core investigation process handling
11 Handling banking products i.e. Retail Liabilities, Retail Assetsand Credit Cards etc.
Qualifications
Graduation with minimum 50% marks.
Preferred
Ex Police/CBI officer with experience of investigation of Financial/Economic Crime.
CFE or Diploma/Certification in any subject, which aids into investigation.
Experience
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in investigations in Banks/FIs/BIG4/Police/CBI.
