Job Description

Role - Functional Consultant - SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Role & responsibilities

Worked on atleast 1 S4H E2E implementation.
Good understanding of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes.
Experience in creation of Master Data i.e., Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc.
Design and implement SAP EWM solutions to meet client requirements, including configuration, customization, and testing.
Worked on picking stategies, worked on defining storage areas, storage bins and manging them. Familiar with interfacing and RFI as well as SAP console to perform transactions on bar coding/HU. Worked on batch management and cross docking process.
Integrate EWM Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)
Experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services) with SAP and non SAP systems. Experience in SAP - MES integration and other production planning tools will be added advantage.
Worked on put-away strategies with POSC and LOSC set-up
