Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to input and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities

Enter data into systems from source documents accurately and efficiently.
Review data for errors and make necessary corrections.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity.
Update and maintain records in databases and files.
Generate simple reports as needed.
Coordinate with team members for data-related tasks.

Required Skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and typing).
Good typing speed with accuracy.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic communication skills.
