Job Description

The Senior Analyst position is based in Vijayawada, India and is suitable for candidates with 0-2.5 years of experience. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and high CSAT scores by resolving issues with First Call Resolution and maintaining a minimum average handling time. Your key responsibilities include achieving KPI targets, following defined processes, adhering to ITIL delivery & quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. You will be required to attend customer calls/chats/emails and resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time. It is essential to maintain high login efficiency for customers, document risks, issues, mitigation plans, and support in the execution of BCP/DR plans. Additionally, you will be expected to work on value-adding activities such as updating the knowledge base and self-development.
