Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide Daily, Weekly and Monthly Performance Metric view to Stores, RM and Leaders
Act as Liaison between Clients (Stores) and Tech or Business Account Manager to help get issues resolved within SLA
Have handled store operations and knowledge about retail industry.
Design & Deliver scheduled and on demand training programs for store staff on product and process knowledge
Must have the ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and help stores achieve their business KPIs
Manage new store onboarding along with Tech team.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Liaising with various functions within the organization to ensure issues and tickets are resolved within SLA
Account/ Stakeholder Management: Must have the ability to manage various accounts for the assigned region so that customer experience is enhanced, and business is upscaled.
