Job Description

We support a variety of industries, such as retail, healthcare, technology, and e-commerce, and offer omnichannel support including voice, email, chat, and social media.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls to/from international customers.
  • Respond to customer queries related to products, services, orders, or technical issues.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team leader.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to company policies.
  • Maintain call logs and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work in night shifts or rotational shifts based on business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in a BPO or customer support role is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver quality service.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Willingness to work night shifts and weekends, if required.
  • Strong listening skills and empathy toward customer concerns.
