Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Concept & Architecture:
- a. Design a RAG-based solution for integrating Microsoft Copilot into the existing M365 environment.
- b. Develop strategies for leveraging LLMs (e.g., Azure OpenAI) for automated workflows and data-driven decision-making.
- c. Implement security and compliance checks in accordance with Microsoft s Responsible AI principles (Microsoft Purview).
- Technical Implementation:
- a. Customize Copilot Studio for company-specific use cases (e.g., automated document management, data analysis in Excel/Teams/PowerBI).
- b. Integrate Microsoft Fabric to utilize analytical data streams for LLM training and RAG models.
- c. Build MLOps pipelines for continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of models.
- Data & Knowledge Management:
- a. Configure the Semantic Index for context-sensitive search enrichment in Copilot.
- b. Ensure data governance in collaboration with data governance architects.
- Training & Documentation:
- a. Create guidelines for prompt engineering and LLM-based interactions.
- b. Conduct workshops for IT teams on maintaining the Copilot infrastructure.
- Should have over 4 years of professional experience as preferably in working in Microsoft M365 environments and implementation projects
- Over 1 year of professional experience working on one or more topics of the Key Responsibilities
- Graduated in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Informatics
- Fluent English - both verbal and written
- Certifications :
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate OR
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
