Location: Thane (On-site)

Job Details:
Process: US Healthcare Voice Process

Work Mode: On-site (Thane office)

Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts

Week Offs: 5 working days/week with 2 rotational weekly offs

Location Criteria: Candidates must strictly reside within Thane IBU boundaries

Eligibility & Requirements:
Education: HSC / Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months in voice-based customer service (mandatory)

Communication: Excellent English communication skills

Assessment: AMCAT SVAR score of 65+ (Spoken English & Grammar) mandatory before Operations round

Quality Level: C2

Selection Process:
HR Interview

AMCAT Test (must clear SVAR with 65+ score)

Operations Interview

Salary:
Up to 35,000 (in-hand)
