We are currently hiring for the role of Agency Development Manager in a leading life insurance company.

Candidates with Minimum 1 year sales experience can apply.

Salary: 2.7 lacs to 3.5 lacs PA + incentives (based on current salary)

Job Location: Chennai , Madurai, Trichy

Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales

Married preferred

Job Description:
- Recruit and train agents/advisors and drive sales business through them

- Manage the team of agents and motivate them to complete targets

- Making monthly reports
