Job Description
A US based company is launching Healthcare supplies e-commerce site and seeking to hire the following people in their Hyderabad offshore office:
1) E-Commerce Operations Executives: Must be an MBA graduate with 3-5 years experiences in all aspects of E-commerce business and logistics, handling customer, vendor, inventory and e-comm site technical issues
2) e-commerce Marketing Executives: Must be an MBA Graduate in Marketing with 3-5 years experience in handling all aspects of e-commerce marketing including launching marketing campaigns through social media, emails, fax and phone calls. Must be very experienced with any CRM like Zoho or any other.
3) Customer Service Executives: Must be an MBA graduate with 3-5 years experience in all aspects of Customer service like creating tickets, communicate effectively with customers & vendors by email, phone or chatting by web or text and resolving. All customer issues. This position will have all 3 shifts (12 pm - 9 pm, 8 pm - 5 am, & 4 am - 1 pm). Must be well experienced in any CRM like Zoho in handling customer issues, resolving tickets and constantly updating the CRM round the clock.
Compensation will commensurate with qualifications & experience and will won't be a constraint. Looking to hire effective, efficient and committed people.
