Job Description

The candidate must have B.Tech/MSc/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science with 2-15 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale software development organizations are needed.

Education Qualifications: B.Tech/MSc/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science

Experience: 2-15 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale software development organizations are needed.

Desired Skills:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proficiency in documenting requirements using tools such as Visio, Jira, or similar.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of data analysis and SQL querying.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc).
Candidates are expected to have excellent communication skills. Being a team player is a must.
