Job Description

• Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer [RPA/Blue Prism Developer]
• Candidates having B.Tech/MSc/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science with 2-15 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale software development organizations are needed.

Education Qualifications: B.Tech/MSc/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science

Experience: 2-15 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale software development organizations are needed.

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a minimum of 3 years working with Blue Prism.
• In-depth knowledge of Blue Prism automation tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, .NET, or Java.
• Strong understanding of process analysis, design, and implementation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Certification in Blue Prism or other relevant RPA certifications is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
• Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc).
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or cognitive automation technologies.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and web services.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Candidates are expected to have excellent communication skills. Being a team player is a must.
