Job Description

Key Purpose of the Role:

This position will be responsible for Execution assistance for Value Added Services and to keep a track of processes of different products and services under this domain.

What Key Tasks will be involved?

1. Work closely with operations team to keep a track record of Value-Added Services process and feedback collection for process optimization

2. Collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, Platform operations and On field operations teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution related to service delivery

3. Maintain records, preparation of periodic performance reports, and gap analysis of execution processes.

4. Actively monitor service performance and work on action plan to improve operational efficiency and service experience.
