Job Description

Key Responsibilities Platform Training Configuration

Train users on platform features and capabilities through classroom, online, and one-on-one sessions.
Configure and model user business operations on the platform to align with their requirements.
Create training materials like presentations, documents, and how-to videos.

Platform Adoption Support

Support users in integrating the platform into their daily operations.
Monitor platform usage and provide guidance on handling various business scenarios.
Offer innovative workarounds or solutions to resolve user issues.

Feedback Collaboration

Gather and provide feedback to Product Managers on functional gaps and business requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and user satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: Up to 4 years in an application support or SaaS product implementation role.
Skills:
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for explaining platform functionalities.
- Comfortable conducting hands-on training sessions and creating user-friendly documentation.
- Knowledge of B2B, Supply Chain Management/Operations processes.
Traits:
- Proactive and accountable with strong follow-through.
- Ability to work with remote teams and adapt to shifts or travel requirements.
